Sundowners

Event Details

There’s nothing better than attending a sundowner to relax you after a hard week in the office. We have access to a range of venues that offer fantastic drink & food packages to suit your budget and the atmosphere you desire.

Once you have an idea of date and budget for your event, we can reduce the hassle for you and coordinate the event planning such as sourcing venue, creating promotional material plus we can even be there at the event to check off guests at entry and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the night.

Event Options

We’ve tried and tested venues based on fun and value for money. Our venues for sundowners range from central, north and southern locations. Some preferred venues are Eurobar, The Rivervale, Tiger Lils and the Oxford Hotel - but of course we love discovering new venues so your suggestions are welcomed.

Bingo! & Quiz Nights

Event Details

A Quiz Night or an evening of Bingo can be arranged for groups of 35 or more. It is a great way to relax and enjoy time with workmates and friends in a casual and fun environment. Bingo & Quiz Nights can be hosted in external locations such as a hall or club (in particular we recommend the Yokine Bowling Club) or hosted at your workplace if you have the appropriate space & facilities.

Event Options

Price per person will vary depending if catering & beverages are provided (range $10 – $30pp). The most cost effective option is to allow guests to BYO snacks for their table with either BYO drinks or to provide a cash bar facility if the venue permits.

*Bingo is fast becoming a popular choice for a fun casual event on a Friday evening!

Wine Tours

Event Details

There are a range of tours that can be catered for your groups interests. Specifically day tours to the Swan Valley in your exclusive air-conditioned coach with wine and beer tastings taking advantage of the best quality Swan Valley can offer.

Suitable for corporate events, social clubs, hens days, birthdays....as long as you can get a group together, we can tailor a wine tour to suit!

Event Options

Price is $100* per head for a standard tour visiting the Chocolate Factory, 3 wineries and 2 breweries and includes all wine/beer tasting, 3 course lunch and 2 cheese tastings throughout the day.

This price is based on minimum of 22 guests, up to a maximum of 32 guests (larger groups can be catered for upon request).

Tea reading - Morning tea with Roxy

Event Details

Enjoy a morning or afternoon tea party for between 5 – 20 people where you will enjoy a mini presentation by Roxy O'Reilly who will guide guests to see their future in their tea cup by pointing out the overriding image and help determine the interpretation.

Event includes tea/coffee, morning/afternoon tea, personal presentation by Roxy and each guest receives a complimentary copy of her latest book titled “the Lady of the Cup” (RRP $30 per book)

Price per person will vary depending on size of group, venue & catering supplied starting at $30pp.

This can be hosted in any location such as at your workplace, local café or residential home with appropriate space and facilities.

Day at the Races

Event Details

Enjoy a day at the races in your choice of exclusive venue catered for your group. A great day out for a relaxing social gathering whether you are a punter or not!

Event Options

Includes: private function area for your group, gourmet luncheon, 5 hour beverage package, admission and race book per person.

Oyster Shucking & Olive Oil Tasting

Event Details

A unique experience can be arranged for any size group as an exclusive event or in addition to a pre arranged event.
Wine/champagne tasting can be incorporated.

Depending on the type of event you would prefer, prices range from $20 pp.

Movie Screenings

Event Details

Your group can enjoy access to exclusive screenings of the latest movies. Options include popcorn, drinks and entertainment.

Exclusive use of Gold Class or La Premier facilities can be arranged

Prices range from $15 per person.
Exclusive screenings for your group can be arranged for groups of 150 +.

Everyday tickets & discounts

Social Butterflies offers you and your group access to everyday discounts on a range of items and venues for your group.

These range from discounted movie and Rotto ferry tickets, entry to venues such as The Maze, Scitech & the Perth Zoo PLUS discounts to theatre and entertainment events throughout the year.

Promotional material can be provided to you so you can offer these discounts to your group for their individual purchase or items can be bulk purchased to be used as staff incentives, awards, client gifts and the like. Contact us for a list of Everyday ticket options for you to choose from.

*When advising of your expression of interest for any of the event options, please have in mind the approximate month you would like to host your event plus an estimate of the number of guests you hope to accommodate. Once this information has been received, we can then create the event to meet your needs.
